New goals,
I have set new goals and I have motivation. I got a new workout partner (I am working out with one of the police officers I work with) and we have been doing good! I decided to get a little leaner then define my muscles. I bulk very quickly so to avoid being bigger than I want, I am trying to maintain 105 lbs... PLEASE do not compare your body and/or weight to me-I am 5'0 so I am naturally petite! Be the best YOU that YOU can be because nobody can be you except YOU! What I have been dong:
I have dropped 4 pounds in the past few weeks by doing a lot more cardio and light weights. I do at least 15 minutes and no more than 30 minutes a day (unless I take an aerobics class)... I do 4 weightlifting exercises which I will post later! I noticed a difference when I started taking my vitamins faithfully! I started an organic liquid multi vitamin that I got from The Vitamin Shoppe. I like this one because it absorbs faster in the body; The Women's One a Day made me nauseous.
My next goal is eating better because I can work out and run as much as I want to but if I am not eating good, it doesn't matter.
