Hey, I'm KK!

Louisiana made, Texas raised. I am 23 yrs old, and an independent mother of 1 super awesome little boy. He is my world! I power lifted 2 yrs in high school, and placed in multiple meets. That is where I found my affinity for working out! I worked as Assistant Manager at LA Fitness from 2008-2010, and my dad is a personal trainer. Fitness is in my blood! I love helping people with fitness and reaching goals they never thought were tangible.
