Welcome everybody and thanks for stopping by!!! I'm so excited to share my fitness journey with you all. I am open for questions and I love being able to help people so post any questions you may have.  Anyways, thanks again for stopping by :)

    1. Jerr, Do you work out at home or at the gym? With or without weights? I will try and post some workouts that will work for either, let me know!

    1. Thanks Sabrina for your questions! I take a womens multivitamin and I recently started drinking a protein shake immediately after my workout, but I wouldn't recommend drinking that unless you trying to build muscle. I am working on the ab workout post riiiight now so stay tuned! :)

    1. Thank you Lulu, I actually started out because I worked at a gym and watching how many people were SO dedicated coming daily inspired me. I also had a friend who needed help losing weight and asked me for some tips and I helped her drop 17 pounds! I figured if I could help her I wanted to do that for more people!

Hi am one of ur follower in IG n definitely wil be reading ur updates on ur blog...ur post are rily helpful..actually my concern is to lose weight and so far thru readin other ppl post i got rily inspired and started focusing on cardio workouts..i rily wanted to do some weights but am afraid to over do since i dont want to look bulky..my main problem is my inner thighs its so flabby:( hope u can give me da best workout :) hopin to hear from u soon:) God bless n tnx in advance:)

    1. Thank you visiting my page! Cardio is great, but you need to incorporate weights because weights burn A LOT of calories!! Are you eating healthy and at least 5 times a day? Eating more throughout the day assures your body the proper nutrients to give you energy to work out. Also, no problem you can do weights and not get bulky!
